VISA Debit Card

A convenient way to access your checking account is with the VISA Debit Card.

Convenience. Savings. Worldwide access. But we think the most important reason is that every time you use your Visa Debit Card to make a purchase, you give a young person the chance to be better prepared for the workplace.

Convenience

Imagine a single card that can take the place of your checks, your ATM card and your credit card. That’s the Visa Debit Card. Like a credit card, the Visa Debit Card can be used for purchases from merchants who accept Visa. Like an ATM card and a check, you use the available balance in your checking account without accumulating interest or paying an annual fee. It also means you have 24-hour access to your credit union accounts.

Savings

Besides no interest and no annual fee, there’s no charge for obtaining the card. And since you can only withdraw or make purchases with the available amount in your share draft checking account, you’ll be less tempted to make purchases on credit. So it’s a great way to manage your money.

Worldwide Access

Thousands of merchants worldwide will accept your Visa Debit Card just as they would a Visa credit card. Nationwide, you can use your Visa Debit Card to access your account. Plus, via PhoneBranch, our 24-hour touch-tone teller, you can get in touch with your accounts, no matter where you are.

Simply dial 864-271-4391 or 800-223-6361.

Make the change that makes a difference.

Traveling outside the U.S.?

Beginning August 1, 2009, international transactions for your credit union ATM and/or VISA Credit card/Debit card will not be allowed in order to block potential fraud activity. If you plan on using your card internationally, simply contact the credit union to exclude your card from this block. This new safety feature is designed to help prevent international fraud when you least expect it.  Please contact a member service representative if you plan on traveling outside the U.S. in the future. And don't forget to let us know when you plan on returning to help prevent future fraud occurances.
